Monty has been handled for seven months now and he will allow us to pick him up and cuddle him.  He needs a lot of time and patience to learn to trust you.  He is happy to sit in his bed and gaze at you.  Will take time and a lot of love to win him over.  We are looking for a very patient older lady or gent to love him and care for him without being pushy with him.  He is a pure Chihjuahua of 4 years.  He is toilet trained and very quiet.  He is happy to lie on his bed and watch you go about your chores.  Not suitable with children of any age, best as an only pet.  He has been desexed, fully immunised, microchipped 956000010280824, PER RE100224.  His price is $500

BOO BOO

Boo Boo is a Chihuahua cross we are guessing quite young as in 2-3 years.  He is the result of unscrupulous mixed breeding to obtain the so called rere "blue colour", and which has resulkted in him having Alopecia.

He is totally toilet trained and a very clean little boy.  He is very quiet when inside but if left alone outside he can bark at every sound.  He is definitely an inside dog, which is preferred as he could burn in the heat of summer and feel cold in our winters.

ALOPECIA.  Monty has the blue gene condition of Alapecia

Alopecia in dogs is a genetic fault caused by indiscriminate breeders trying to breed “ blue” dogs. Totally ignoring the fact that alopecia comes through in about 80 percent of the puppies. We have had several over the years and believe you stay away from vets who want your money!! We find the most expensive side of their treatment is the Omega 3 and 6 oil which we squirt on their dinner. We massage them also with coconut oil, and try not to bath them unless they get smelly rolling in something unsavoury. Their coat will grow back to be glossy and healthy, if just a little “ thin”. There is no cure for alopecia, just control. And at any time they can lose their coat. We tend to use sardines or some fish in oil in their stew along with the few squirts of Omega 3+6.

TINY

Tiny a wee pure Chihuahua of almost 4 years.  He does not trust very quickly so patience with him will be a requirement.  He would prefer an older quiet and loving lady or gent who is happy to give him the time to learn to trust and love them - time will be needed. He gives us all a good laugh as he tries to "kill his bed" whenever anyone comes to meet him.  He does know and understand "outside Tiny" but not to be trusted if you dont catch him sniffing as he will pee on his bed and blankets!  Thank goodness they are very small!  He loves to be picked up and cuddled, or to snuggle on your lap under your dressing gown - all in time. He is not suitable with children of any age.  Not good with other dogs or cats.  Prefers to be an only pet.  He is desexed, fully immunised, microcjhipped 956000006050662.  Has had flea and worm treatment.  His price is $500.  He loves a raw carrot!

BEN

Ben is a Chihuahua cross with possibly a JR of 5 1/2 years.  He is very quiet and bonded with Bonnie so these two will not be separated.  Ben is very quiet and friendly.  They will not be suited with children under 12 years and preferably no other dogs.  They do get on ok with a cat.

BONNIE

Bonnie is a pure white Chihuahua of 5 years who is very bonded with her mate Ben, so these two will not be separated.  Bonnie is toilet trained and very quiet.  They will not be suited with children under 12 years, and best to be the only two dogsin the family.  They are ok with a cat if introduced correctly.
